Elizabeth Farina

Elizabeth Farina brings a unique blend of competitive excellence and mentorship experience to her work with riders and horses. As a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medalist and FEI competitor, she has a deep foundation in dressage and sport horse performance, while her background also spans eventing, hunter/jumper, foxhunting, endurance, driving, and young horse development.

With a B.S. in Equine Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Coaching Certificate from the Irish Equestrian Federation, Elizabeth combines formal education with decades of hands-on practice.

Her coaching style emphasizes clarity, confidence, and partnership—grounded in a detailed focus on biomechanics to ensure both horse and rider move with balance, strength, and efficiency.

Maria del Carmen Teijeiro

María del Carmen Teijeiro has been immersed in the equestrian world since the age of three, with experience across multiple disciplines, including jumping and endurance riding. In her home country of Argentina, she grew up participating in pony club, endurance events, and jumper competitions, building a lifelong connection with horses and riding culture.

She holds a PhD in Education, bringing academic expertise in learning and teaching processes to her coaching practice. Her background as an EMT adds an extra layer of calm, safety, and practical problem-solving to her approach.

She is also available for Spanish-language, expanding access for a diverse community of riders.

“True horsemanship is not about dominating the horse, but about learning to listen — with patience, respect, and humility.”
